The vise performs better in terms of parallelism and perpendicularity, and is used in CNC machining. It can significantly improve the processing quality. The vise is compatible with the D52 zero-point positioning system, providing the convenience of quickly changing tooling. You can choose between serrated jaws or special-shaped soft jaw jaws to meet different processing needs. Our vises are made of alloy steel. After surface treatment such as heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC58-62degrees. This allows it to machine hard materials like steel with ease.
